Intense and bewitching aromas, solar and Mediterranean, which open to an immense taste for complexity, perfect in the fusion of sweetness, flavor and softness. Very long, interminable, poignant. PAIRINGS: Extraordinary on its own, as a meditation wine, “Ben Ryé” is perfect as an accompaniment to caramelized duck and blue or very aged cheeses. Also excellent on dry pastries and signature chocolate.
