Straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose reveals intense and fine aromas of bergamot, banana, peach, chamomile and hawthorn, on a musky background. On the palate it is delicately aromatic and of good thickness, crossed by a tasty fresh-savory vein, with good persistence. PAIRINGS: Also as an aperitif, it goes well with risottos and pastas with aromatic herbs, seafood or crustaceans. Also excellent with fish dishes and semi-mature cheeses.
