In the glass it has an impenetrable deep purple red color with violet reflections. The scents on the nose are fruity, with a prevalence of blackberry, and spicy with hints of black pepper and juniper. In closing a balsamic return mixed with slightly vanilla notes. On the palate it is soft and intense, with fine but well present and defined tannins, excellent freshness that leads to a powerful and very persistent finish of great elegance. PAIRINGS: Perfect companion of red meats as of game and in particular of roasts full of flavors and nuances, for us, however, the absolute match is with stewed venison with which each element communicates perfectly.
