Medoc Bordeaux
Bright ruby red color. The nose is soft and fruity is already very accessible, hints of small red fruits and flowers as well as mint and spices. In the finish some hints of wood emerge. On the palate it is fully appreciable with soft tannins, a good freshness and very round. Average persistence.
Pairing:
It goes well with main dishes of white and red meat but still has the structure to support game. We liked it with pork tenderloin in a crust.
