Brilliant and lively the straw yellow that shows itself in the glass. On the nose, it initially lets you perceive floral notes, then veering towards the clear fruity hints of peach and apricot. The palate is fragrant and creamy, pleasant in the bubble and good persistence. To be paired with baked desserts and dry pastries, it is excellent to accompany the cream tart or simply as a delicate aperitive.
