Ruby red, limpid and impenetrable at the same time. The aromas of small black fruit jam, sweet spices, eucalyptus, vanilla and coffee are evident. The tannins are sweet, fine and soft, the total balance goes towards harmony. The finish is a long persistence of fruit, spice and roasting sensations. PAIRINGS: Extraordinary even on its own, it goes well with roasted or stewed red meats, with great cheeses.
