Pinot Grigio

Straw yellow color, characterized by deep coppery reflections in the glass. The nose is initially fruity, and is reminiscent of pink grapefruit, strawberry and strawberry trees, and then also hints of vanilla and floral. The palate is round and juicy, soft and balanced, with a long persistence. PAIRING: To be reserved for weekend dinners, it is excellent in combination with scallops au gratin and cook fish.
