Primitivo

Dense ruby ​​red with violet reflections. The nose reveals elegant aromas of small black fruits (blackberry, red mulberry, black cherry and cherry) and delicate floral notes of violet on a base of aromatic herbs, licorice and graphite. On the palate it has a very long texture, is supported by tannins of excellent workmanship and characterized by a very rich and interminable finish.

For the whole meal, it goes well with roasts and meat sauces, braised meats, feathered and furred game and great cheeses.
