Prosecco

Straw yellow coloured wine, vinous, light and distinctly fruity bouquet reminiscent of wisteria and acacia flowers. Delicate, pleasant and harmonious flavour in its modest alcohol content. It is a very versatile aperitif sparkling wine par excellence. It goes very well with risottos, soups and white meats. It is enhanced with fish, especially with molluscs, seafood, crustaceans and vegetables (radicchio and mushrooms). It should be served at 6 ° – 8 ° C.
