Amarone

Ruby red. The aromas are intense and complex. On the palate cherry and plum as well as a nice component of bitter cocoa and licorice. Wide, enveloping with a clear tannin to balance the flavor and freshness dictated by the altitude and the calcareous component of the soil. Power balanced by elegance, as the T.P.R. on the label.
Pairing:
Ideal with important meats with a particular presence of spices and aromatic herbs, but also furred and feathered game and very aged cheeses and cow’s milk in particular.
